Tse You began his career in KPMG as an auditor and later served as Group Finance Manager for LOGOS Property Group before joining Sun Venture. In addition to managing finance operations, he has experience in group consolidation, management reporting, and financial result analysis.

A Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Tse You holds a degree in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
