Rongcan has over 5 years of working experience in the Real Estate industry. Before joining Sun Venture, she was a Senior Associate in JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group where she conducted research and analysis of hospitality target markets across Asia and was involved in valuation projects and commercial due diligence.

Rongcan holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
