Germaine has approximately 18 years of combined experience in the field of Human Resource, specifically in Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems and Shared Services. Prior to joining Sun Venture, she was with Ascendas-Singbridge for over 10 years, which was subsequently acquired by CapitaLand where she was most recently Senior Manager (HRBP).

Germaine holds a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in HR Management.
