Yueh Pyng (YP) CHIANG is the Head of Investment at Sun Venture, where he is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s investment strategy in alignment with the organisation’s long-term objectives. He joined Sun Venture as Head of Private Equity and later expanded his mandate to include oversight of the firm’s real estate portfolio before assuming his current leadership position. He currently serves on the boards of Wang Learning Centre Pte Ltd and PSGourmet Pte Ltd.
Prior to joining Sun Venture, YP was part of the Investment Group at Temasek, where he managed a range of global public and private equity investments. He previously served as Vice President at Crescent Point Group (acquired by Ares Management Corporation), a private equity and special situations firm focused on China and Southeast Asia. He also worked as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank in Singapore.
YP holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
