Kok Eng LIM is the Head of Real Estate at Sun Venture and leads the firm’s real estate investment and asset management strategies across key markets.
Before joining Sun Venture, Kok Eng was Senior General Manager, Investment and Asset Management at Allgreen Properties, where he oversaw the formulation and execution of investment strategies across residential, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality sectors in diverse markets. His career also includes leadership roles at Lendlease and CapitaLand, where he honed his expertise in real estate investment and asset management.
Kok Eng holds a Master of Engineering (First Class Honours) from Oxford University and a Master of Science in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University.
