This is Sun Venture’s maiden project in Singapore. It was a prime office development located at Scotts Road, beside the Newton MRT Station. After being award the URA public tender in April 2008, 50 Scotts Road was successfully developed under stringent quality control. This development was assessed by The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in promoting the use of Construction Quality Assessment System (“CONQUAS”).
