Ying Jian is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sun Venture. He has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of the firm’s finance and treasury activities. In addition, he oversees the Compliance and Corporate Secretarial functions, as well as Corporate Office in the Isle of Man.

Ying Jian possesses strong background in business analytics and strategic planning across various industries. He has extensive geographical knowledge in China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets. He was previously the Group CFO for Yeo Hiap Seng where he covered the Finance, IT, Legal and Corporate Secretarial functions across the Group’s business. Prior to Yeo Hiap Seng, he was the CFO and IT Director at private education chain The Learning Lab. Before that, he was the Group CFO and Group CIO of BreadTalk Group Limited. Ying Jian started his career as an Equity Research Analyst with J.P. Morgan Securities.

Graduated with a Double Degree in Business Management (Finance) and Accountancy, summa cum laude from Singapore Management University, Ying Jian is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a CFA charterholder.
