Tommy has over 9 years of real estate experience spanning cross-border real estate acquisitions, asset management, research, valuation, and commercial leasing. He joined Sun Venture from M&L Hospitality, where he was responsible for the underwriting and execution of international real estate acquisitions and asset management of hospitality and commercial assets. Prior to M&L, Tommy worked at GIC where he produced real estate market research and econometric forecasts covering multiple real estate sectors to support their investment strategy, portfolio allocation and deal underwriting. He also worked at JLL in the Leasing team focusing on commercial properties and landlord advisory.

Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is also a CFA Charterholder and RICS Chartered Member.
