Serene TAN is the Head of Investment at Sun Venture. She supports the principal in managing the investment portfolio. Before joining Sun Venture, she spent 14 years as a consultant to regional institutional clients at Mercer Investment Solutions Singapore. As their Head of Advisory, she led various projects including strategic asset allocation, manager selection, fund selection, outsourced CIO, regulatory reviews, and monitoring of investment programmes. Prior to Mercer, she served as the CEO of ING Investment Management Asia Pacific (Singapore) Ltd.
Serene holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
