Petsy oversees the Risk Management and Compliance team to develop an appropriate risk management framework that reflects the nature, scale, and complexity of Sun Venture’s business. Concurrently, she oversees the Fund Operations team to develop a robust and scalable infrastructure to ensure smooth operations of the firm.

Prior to joining Sun Venture, Petsy was the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance for CIMB Bank’s Treasury and Markets. Her primary responsibilities included overseeing the operational risk management for the bank and performing operational due diligence on new business initiatives, product development, system enhancements and outsourcing arrangements. Before CIMB, she was a Consultant at Mercer Investments Solutions (Singapore) and Vice President at Maybank Singapore. Prior to that, Petsy started her career at Singapore Exchange where she oversaw the operations of the derivatives trading unit.

Petsy holds a Master of Business Administration from State University of New York and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business and Management Studies from University of Bradford. She also holds a Diploma in Compliance awarded by International Compliance Association.
