Esther is responsible for overall real estate investment deal structuring and execution as well as portfolio management. She has over 10 years of real estate industry experience across the public and private sectors in key developed markets. Prior to Sun Venture, she was part of CapitaLand International and was responsible for real estate investment and portfolio management in the UK, as well as evaluation of other strategic investments and M&A in developed markets like Australia. She has also worked in the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore as an urban planner and property research analyst.

Esther graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts and also holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
