Main Responsibilities​
- A Strategic Partner who delivers HR strategies that create a positive impact on business results
- Drive organisational effectiveness through innovative solutions and leveraging on modern digital tools and practices
- Working closely with the Head of HR to adapt and implement Integrated Talent Management, including Talent Planning, Performance Management, and Learning & Development
- Design, plan and execute the Talent Management programmes, such as skills-based, individual and leadership developmental training
- Establish strong working relationships with tertiary institutions to build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Develop and monitor the talent management metrics to measure the breadth of our people (key-man and bench strength), talent attraction and retention risks. Analyse the data to build and design further programmes to bridge the identified gaps
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification or equivalent certification is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience with at least 5 years in talent management role
- Experience in the asset management/ investment/ funds management/ private equity industry with large established corporations preferred
- Good understanding of the abovementioned industry, related organisations, business processes and functions
- Strong communication, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
