Main Responsibilities​

  • Provide support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist in preparation/updates of compliance related registers and periodic reporting to management
  • Facilitate and assist in ad-hoc compliance related projects
  • Assist in planning and monitoring of compliance trainings
  • Keep track and report on regulatory developments
  • Provide support in the onboarding process of new investors
  • Assist in the review of outsourcing arrangements and maintenance of outsourcing register
  • Provide support for due diligence requests from external parties (e.g., potential prospects, service providers, banks etc)
  • Ensure the statutory reporting deadlines are met
  • Liaise with corporate secretaries and stakeholders to facilitate the preparations of draft notices, resolutions, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents
  • Ensure proper maintenance of compliance and corporate related documents and records
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • Graduates without experience welcome to apply
  • 1 – 3 years of working experience in compliance and/or corporate secretarial functions, preferably with exposure to asset management or related industries would be a bonus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
